Competition is generally held on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to approximately 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm. Several twilight meetings are held each season and these are held Friday evenings from 6:00 pm. All competitors are asked to be available at least 15 minutes prior to the start of competition. This allows for adequate warming up and direction from the club team manager.
After completion of each event and after recording results with the centre recorder, athletes MUST return to their club area and record their results with the CLUB recorder. Athletes must remain at the club area between events so that the assistant team manager can send them to their events when they are called. Points are given for each event that the athlete competes in, with bonus points being given for competing in all four events on the day. These points determine the placings for the end of season trophies.
